Note: You can add also add phone numbers under contact details in your mailing list. The format for adding this is: Email address, Name, Phone Number.
You can manage your mailing lists in the ‘Mailing lists’ tab under ‘My emails’.
Here you can review and edit your mailing lists. They will be displayed in an easy-to-view grid format.
Click on an audience to open it.
You will be able to scroll through the email addresses in that list.
You can also filter the email addresses by choosing one of the six filters available:
- Complaint
- Bounce
- Invalid
- Unsubscribed
- Valid
- Spam

In the mailing lists tab, you also have the option to delete any audience you don’t want to keep anymore.
Mailing lists for which 20% of contacts mark your emails as spam are automatically flagged as spam. These show up in the Mailing lists tab with an error message. You have the option to delete these.
Note: You cannot send email campaigns to mailing lists with a high number of spammy/flagged emails.
