Who should I send my email campaigns to?

You should always only send your email campaigns to valid mailing lists.

Valid mailing lists contain all those contacts who:

  1. Have not been marked by our system as invalid due to typos or unresponsive custom domains.
  2. Receive all your emails successfully in their inboxes.
  3. Have not marked any of your emails as spam.
  4. Have not unsubscribed from future emails from you.

You can easily check which mailing lists are valid by applying the ‘valid’ filter to any given audience.

To do this, go to ‘My emails’. Under the ‘Mailing lists’ tab, click the audience that you want to check.

Apply the ‘valid’ filter from the filters dropdown menu at the top of the list.
