This option is not limited to downloads. If you are the recipient of defective merchandise from PosterMyWall, whether it's due to defective workmanship or packaging can be reprinted and shipped immediately for no charge. Quality is important to us, so we may need you to return the merchandise for inspection and possibly issue a refund if a replacement is not sent.
Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned, or if the return is necessary due to our error. We can't issue refunds for return shipping charges. Please allow up to 2 weeks once we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we take extra care to notify customers of quality issues in their products. It is the customer's responsibility to respond on time so issues in their order can be fixed on time. Failure to do so can result in the order getting delayed or even cancelled.
