If you use PosterMyWall primarily for free for creating social media posts, resizing will eliminate the PosterMyWall watermark on the free, basic image. This option is not available for videos, and the free video will contain a watermark.
Posting on Instagram
For Instagram post images, use 1080px x 1080px. For Instagram video, use square(1:1), which can be found under PosterMyWall's video formats. Requirements set by Instagram for videos are as follows:
- File type: .mp4
- Video Aspect ratio: 1:1
- Acceptable length: 3 seconds to 30 seconds.
- Minimum resolution: 600px x 600px
These requirements are set as soon as you select the square(1:1) video format, but you need to make sure the length is within acceptable limits. This can be done by either trimming the video in the editor, or by changing the video's duration in the download page.
