Apple's iOS does not allow videos to be downloaded from Safari. You can get the video by clicking ‘Save to Dropbox’ in the download page. This will save your video to your connected Dropbox account.
You can also save it on your Google Drive from the download page in your Order History. Just click the down facing arrow on the ‘Save to Dropbox’ option, then click ‘Save to Google Drive’ to save your video to your connected Google Drive account.
