Can I resize my design multiple times?

You can resize your design to different sizes in one go. Click ‘resize’ in the top bar on PosterMyWall editor. Select the sizes you’d like to resize your design to. Click ‘copy & resize’.

Copies of your resized design will open in new tabs, which can be customized and saved to your My Stuff. You may have to adjust design elements after resizing a design. The original design will remain unchanged.

How to troubleshoot issue with resizing multiple times

If you're having trouble with simulataneously resizing to more than 1 sizes, PosterMyWall may not have the appropriate permissions to do pop-ups and redirects. Here's how you can fix this issue for your browser: 

Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge

1. Open Chrome and open the PosterMyWall
2. Click the lock icon to the left of the address bar.
3. Click "Site settings."
4. Locate "Pop-ups and redirects" in the list of settings.
5. Click "Allow" for the website's pop-ups and redirects. 

Safari

1. Open Safari, open PosterMyWall, then go to your browser's "settings"
2. In settings, go to the "Websites" tab.
3. On the "Websites" tab, scroll down to Pop-up windows 
4. Beside PosterMyWall, change permissions to "allow".
