Why is my image in the editor blurry?

Images uploaded in the PosterMyWall editor are not altered in any way, and the quality remains unchanged in the final download. However, during the design process, some images may look slightly blurry. That’s because the editor loads a lower-resolution preview to keep your workflow fast and smooth. Loading high-resolution images in real-time would slow things down significantly.

Images in the final download will have the original file quality, as it was uploaded.

To ensure your images look their best in your design and final download:

  • Use high-resolution or HD image files whenever possible.
  • Avoid stretching images, as this can cause distortion and pixelation.
  • Don’t use screenshots as they often appear blurry and aren’t designed for print or large displays.
