Your PosterMyWall designer profile lets you display your design portfolio and contact information to customers and take custom orders. Read on to learn how you can go to your designer profile and edit and add the information you display there.
Go to your designer profile
You can view your designer profile by going to the ‘Edit Profile’ page. Here’s how you can do that:
- Hover over your profile picture icon. A drop-down menu will appear.
- Click ‘Edit Profile’ to go to profile settings.
- Underneath your profile picture, click ‘View profile’. This will lead you to your designer profile, where you can see your designs, and any comments you may have received.
Edit your designer profile
You can edit your profile information via the My Profile button in your My Stuff. Clicking the information you want to edit on your profile will redirect you to the relevant editable field on the Edit Profile page.
You can also go to the Edit Profile page to edit your information. Make sure to click Save after making your desired changes.
Designer profile settings appear under 'Professional info' in the Edit Profile page. You can customize your profile in a number of ways.
The 'Default Designs on Profile' section on the 'Edit Profile' page lets you decide which set of designs visitors to your profile will see by default.
Set availability for freelance projects
You can let your customers know if you are open to working on a custom project. Just click on “Not available for freelance projects”. This redirects you to the Edit Profile page. Click on the toggle button to mark yourself “Available for freelance projects” and click Save. To mark yourself unavailable, click the toggle button again and click Save.
My Portfolio
In the My Profile editing page, click the MY PORTFOLIO button to add a link to your external portfolios such as DeviantArt or Behance, or your own website.
Social media links
You can easily edit your social media links by clicking the various social media icons on the left side of the My Profile editing page. You will be redirected to the “Professional Info” section of your Edit Profile page where you can edit the links. Click Save after editing your information.
Email information
Click the EMAIL ME button on your profile page and get redirected to the “Contact Email” field under the “Personal info” section. Add your email address here for customers to contact you and click Save.
Leaderboard ranking
Your leaderboard ranking is now displayed on the left of the blue header on your profile page. You can also check the top 150 leaderboard rankings by clicking the leaderboard link where your ranking is displayed. Your ranking is only displayed to customers if you are in the top 100 designers.
Remember to click Save after editing your profile.
Note: Your designer profile needs to be unlocked before you can customize your designer profile to add your socials and email. Contact our customer support team if you think your designs meet our quality standards.
