Your credit/debit card may not be working for one or more of the following reasons:
We don’t support your card
We only accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for PosterMyWall premium subscriptions and purchases. You can also use PayPal for individual purchases.
Your card details should be complete and correct
Credit card information includes a 13 digit number, the cardholder’s full name, the expiration date of the card, and the 3 digit CVV or security code at the back of your card.
Make sure to provide complete billing information including billing address when proceeding with your purchase.
Your card should be enabled for online/ international purchases
If you are unsure of whether your card allows online transactions, you can contact your credit card company or the bank that issued the card to verify and allow these charges.
Make sure your card has sufficient funds
Check your credit card limit to verify whether you have reached your daily or total limit. If this is the case, you can contact your credit card company or the bank that issued the card and ask them to increase your limit.
