In this article, we will discuss how you can apply a discount promo code to your download orders via the PosterMyWall editor and My Stuff pages, and to your subscription plan.
Note: You cannot use promo codes for downloads if you're subscribed to the Premium or Premium Plus plans.
Applying a promo code via the editor page
If your design is opened in the PosterMyWall editor, click the yellow download button, and select a paid download option. Click 'Pay and download'. On the checkout menu, click the 'have a promotion code?' link and enter your promo code to get a discount on your bill. Then click the blue 'Pay' button to proceed.
Applying a code via My Stuff
To get a download via your My Stuff, click the downward facing arrow on your design and click 'download design'. Select your paid download option, and on the checkout menu, click the 'have a promotion code?' link and enter your promo code to get a discount on your bill. Then click the blue 'Pay' button to proceed.
Applying a promo code to your subscription plan
To apply a promo code to your new subscription plan, go to the subscription plans page. Enter your promo code in the 'Enter promo code' space and proceed to checkout.
How do I get a promo code?
Note: You cannot use promo codes for downloads to get a discount for your subscription plan and vice versa. Some download discount codes may also be limited to image or video downloads.
Promo codes for downloads and subscription plans are usually sent via our email blasts. If you are not subscribed to our email blasts, you can easily opt in (for free) by going to the Edit Profile page.
Scroll down to the bottom of the Edit Profile page, and check the 'send promotions and announcements' box and save the changes.
