As a Premium Plus subscriber, you get 250 Credits and 10,000 Email sends every month on the day your subscription started for the duration of your subscription.
Note: If you subscribed on May 10th, you would get Credits and Email sends on May 10th, and then on June 10th etc; for as long as you're subscribed.
You can use Credits to use AI Images, AI Redesign, AI Background Remover in your designs, or exchange for extra email sends if you run out.
If you run out of Credits, you can purchase additional Credits via the Premium Billing page.

What do you get from Credits?
Credits can be used to buy Email Sends to send more emails to your mailing lists.
You can also exchange Credits in the editor to use the one-click AI Background Remover tool. Keep in mind:
- Credits for brainstorming, creating designs, refining marketing material and more with PosterMyWall AI
- 1 Credit per generation for AI Images. You can get 2 images per generation.
- 1 Credit per image background removal
- 1 Credit per second for video background removal
- 3 credits for using AI redesign for just images
- 4 credits for using AI redesign for text + images
- 1 Credit gets you 50 or 60 Email Sends, depending on the pack you get.
- PosterMyWall AI cost:
- Image generation or edits: 2 credits per image created or modified.
- Video generation: 10 credits with audio (default) and 7 credits without audio.
- Download an enhanced 4k image: 1 credit per image downloaded.
- Audio transcription: 1 credit used to convert your voice recording into text.
- AI processing fee: 1 credit. This is applied to ensure consistent performance and high-speed responses, and is deducted from your credit balance periodically during active chat sessions. This allows us to maintain the quality of our models for all customers.
