Note: If you're using a subscription account, you can make changes to your designs for free via the My Stuff page.
If you're using the free basic account, we offer 3 free edits for download orders. To make changes to your order, go to 'Order History', and click 'Make a correction' under your order, beside the download button. You'll be redirected to the editor and prompted to make changes. Once you've finalized the changes, click 'Save & recreate order'.
Select the format you want to download your file and then click the Download button. Your downloaded design will also be available in your Order History.
