You can trim a video in the PosterMyWall editor.
Select the video item, and on the right-side bar, click the trim option.
In the trim window, select the sliders on each end to alter video duration, to cut off specific content from the video.
Moving the slider will change the time on the 'Start time' and 'End time'. You can also change start and end time by manually typing in the duration in seconds in the 'Start Time and 'End Time' boxes.
Click the blue 'Trim' button to finalize your changes.
Trimming a video on mobile
Trimming a video in PosterMyWall's mobile editor is pretty simple. When you click on the video, the 'Trim' option will appear on the bottom panel. Click on this to start trimming your video.
You can shorten the video from its start time or end time. Once done, click on the 'Trim' button to save the changes made to the video's time.
Trimming audio clips
When you add an audio clip to your design, the Timeline editor and a right-side panel with audio editing options will appear.
To trim an audio clip:
- Use the handles on either end of the audio track in the Timeline.
- Or click ‘Trim’ on the right panel and adjust the start and end times manually or by dragging the audio handles.
The right-side panel also lets you duplicate, replace, adjust the volume and speed of, and apply fade effects to your audio clips.
You can also:
Add multiple audio clips and arrange them in the Timeline.
Drag and drop audio clips to adjust their order, placement, and duration.
Sync audio with a video clip added to your design, ensuring both play together seamlessly using the Timeline view.
