Note: Scheduling is available to PosterMyWall Premium/PosterMyWall Premium Plus subscribers only.
To schedule a post, go to the My Stuff page. Click the downward arrow on the design (or click on the three vertical dots next to it and choose 'Publish' from the publishing menu that pops up) you'd like to publish on social media and select 'Publish'. Then on the 'Publish' menu, select 'Social Media'.
Select the account(s) you'd like to post on and then click next.
On the following page, you can write your own caption or use the AI Captions feature to generate one. You can choose the tone and length of the caption you want and specify if you want emojis and/or hashtags.
Set the time and date for this post to publish, then click 'schedule'. The post will automatically publish to the designated social media network(s) and page(s) at the allotted time.
To view your posts, see the 'Social media posts' tab in your My Stuff. From here, you can edit, delete or publish the post immediately.
Published and scheduled posts can also be viewed via the Content Planner. Use the Content Planner to review older content and plan for the future.
Scheduling via the Content Planner
You also have the option to choose, customize and schedule a post directly from the Content Planner.
Click on the blue +Create button on the top right and then choose social media post. Then, you'll have the option to upload a design, create a new one with AI, or select one of your designs in your My Stuff.
Next, select the account(s) you'd like to publish on and then write a caption.
Lastly, choose a date and time and hit schedule.
Additionally, you can also create and schedule a post for any of the holidays or events shown on the Content Planner. When you click on them, you'll be shown relevant templates that you can then customize in the design editor and schedule from there.
Scheduling on mobile
Just like PosterMyWall's desktop website, you can start the scheduling process for your post by clicking the arrow on your design on the My Stuff page or choose 'publish' from the menu that opens when you click the three vertical dots next to the design.
Then, select the account(s) you'd like to publish on and click next.
On the next page, you can write a caption or use AI Captions to generate one. Once you're done, click on the three horizontal dots next to the publish button. From the menu that opens up, select 'Schedule for later'. Choose the date and time you want the post to go live and hit Schedule.
