What is Signagelive?
PosterMyWall has partnered with Signagelive and other partners to make creation and usage of digital content an easy and streamlined process.
Signagelive focuses on creating the best CMS experience for managing your digital signage remotely via the cloud. They partner with many accredited resellers globally to provide you with everything you need. From hardware to software, all the way to a full turn-key solution delivered and managed for you. Part of their service includes introducing you to the reseller that fits your requirements best.
After creating digital signage content on PosterMyWall, you can download a widget, upload it on Signagelive to power your screens.
How do I use my widget on the app?
Note: Only digital display designs (16:9 or 9:16) can be downloaded as widgets. This does NOT include the Facebook cover video layout.
To get the widget download, you will need to purchase your design (video or image). We recommend the video download for $14.95, or the high-quality image download for $2.99.
Once your download is ready, go to the download page, via your email or Order History, to get the widget.
Post to a Signagelive Screen
Add the widget to your Signagelive screen, by going to your Signagelive profile. Follow these steps to upload:
- Go to Content > Playlists > Create/Edit.
- In the new page, click the blue bar with the white plus sign.
- Select Media Asset Upload.
- Drag and drop the downloaded widget.
The widget will upload and will be available for use.
Please note, the duration of the widget will be set to 10 seconds by default, which you should change accordingly to your need. Follow these steps to change video duration:
- Click the 3 dots in the playlist on the right of your widget.
- Select properties.
- In the playlist properties, go to duration.
- Change the widget duration to a suitable time (We recommend changing it to 24 hours).
- Save your settings.
Republishing your signage
In case you find yourself wanting to update your digital signage, you can make changes via your Order History. Once you've made changes to your order, you can easily republish the video easily.
Click the 'Republish' button beside the 'Collaborate' button, and your video will be republished on your Signagelive screens.

Q. Can I use the same PosterMyWall widget on multiple screens in Signagelive?
Yes. Once your widget is uploaded to Signagelive, you can add it to multiple playlists and publish it across any number of screens connected to your account, without needing to download it again.
Q. Can I schedule my PosterMyWall widget to play at specific times?
Yes. Signagelive allows you to schedule playlists by date, time, or day of the week. Once your PosterMyWall widget is added to a playlist, you can control exactly when and where it appears on your digital signage screens.
Q. What happens if my internet connection goes down—will the widget still play?
If the widget has already been downloaded to the Signagelive player, it will continue to play based on the last published schedule. However, live updates or republishing changes will require an active internet connection.
