Can I send my video via email?

Files greater than 25 MB cannot be attached to emails. Most videos exceed this file size, and so cannot be sent via email.

Share via Google Drive or Dropbox

You can upload your video to a media sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, then email a link to the file.

In Gmail, if your video is larger than 25 MB, Gmail will automatically upload it to Google Drive and insert a shareable link into your email.

Alternatively, you can sign up for Dropbox (free plan available), upload your video, create a shareable link, and send that link via email.

Forwarding the Download Link

The automated email sent by PosterMyWall with the download link cannot be used by anyone other than yourself. To access the download link, you need to be logged to your account.

Adding videos to PosterMyWall emails

You can upload videos to PosterMyWall email campaigns. However, keep in mind that these videos appear as GIFs with autoplay. They do not include sound and are limited in length due to file size and format.
