How do I get a PDF download?

Downloading a PDF file on the free plan

To download your file on the free plan:

1. Click the yellow 'download' button on the top right of the PosterMyWall editor.
2. Select one of the paid download options, that is the standard image ($2.99) or high-res image ($7.99).
3. Change 'File type' to PDF.
4. Click the blue download button. 
5. Pay for the download via PayPal, your Debit card or Credit card to confirm. 

The download will generate and start shortly on your browser window. The PDF file will automatically download in your device's default download folder.

You can also find your order in the Order History page. In the Order History page: 

1. Click the 'download' link. 
2. On the download page, click any one of the PDF download options beside your order. 
3. Click the blue 'download' button to confirm the download. 

Downloading a PDF as a Premium subscriber

If you've subscribed to either the PosterMyWall Premium plan or PosterMyWall Premium Plus plan, follow these steps: 

1. Click the yellow 'download' button on the top right of the PosterMyWall editor
2. Select the 'standard image' or 'high-res image' option (both free)
3. Change 'File type' to PDF
4. Click the blue download button to confirm. 

The download will generate and start shortly on the browser page. The file will download from your browser and will be saved in your device's default download page.

You can also re-download the file whenever you wish via the My Stuff page. Simply click the 3 dotted button below your saved design, click 'download' and follow the above steps. 

Downloading a PDF on mobile

To download a PDF on your mobile device:

• Open your design in the PosterMyWall mobile editor.
• Tap the 'download' icon located at the top of the screen.
• Select one of the available download options, such as the standard image or high-res image.
• Change the 'File type' to PDF.
• Tap the blue 'download' button to confirm.
