Downloading the PosterMyWall mobile app
Getting started is simple. Head to the Google Play Store, search for "PosterMyWall," and click "Install." The app will automatically download and install on your device. Once done, you can open it and start designing.

Logging in
- Open the app on your phone.
- You'll see the login screen where you can enter your email and password (the same details you use for the website).
- If you don’t have an account yet, no worries—just tap the "Sign Up" button and create one in a few quick steps.
- After entering your info, hit "Log In", and you’ll be taken straight to your dashboard, where all your saved designs and projects are waiting for you.
Creating with PosterMyWall AI
PosterMyWall AI is your built-in marketing assistant. Just describe what you need, and it will create designs, write captions and marketing copy, and brainstorm campaign ideas for you.
- Open PosterMyWall AI. From your home screen, tap Create with AI, or start typing in the chat box on the home page.
- Describe what you want. Type a prompt such as “Create an Instagram post for our weekend brunch special” or “Give me 3 ideas to promote our grand opening.” The more specific you are (business type, colors, dates, tone), the better your results.
- Review the results. PosterMyWall AI will generate designs, copy, or ideas based on your prompt. Scroll through the options and tap the one you like.
- Refine with the chat. Not quite right? Keep chatting. Ask it to change colors, add your logo or product photos, adjust the wording, or resize for another platform.
- Fine-tune in the editor. Open your design in the editor to make manual changes like adding text, stickers, or images.
- Publish and promote. Share your design straight to social media, add it to an email campaign, or use it for an event page.

Navigating My Stuff
When you enter My Stuff, you’ll find several important sections to help you manage your designs and content. Here’s a quick overview of what you can do:
Understanding the Editor
Designs
At the top left, you'll find all your designs. Here, you can:
- View and edit your existing designs
- Access designs shared with you by others
- Create new designs from scratch
- Organize your work into folders for easy access
Emails
You'll find the Email Campaigns section below the designs icon in the left-hand menu bar.
You can view your email campaigns, mailing lists, and performance reports here.
To create a new campaign, simply click "+ New Email Campaign" to browse templates or start designing from scratch.
Social media posts
Under the email designs icon, you’ll find the social media posts section. Here, you can:
- View all your social media posts in one spot
- Create new posts for any platform
- Use the carousel feature for multi-posts
- Track how your posts are performing, including metrics like likes, shares, and impressions
Content Planner
Clicking on the calendar icon takes you to the Content Planner, where you can schedule your posts, emails, and other updates in advance. This helps you stay organized and on track with your content creation.
Additional features
In the top right corner, you'll find a menu bar where you can:
- Edit your profile
- Create a new design or email
- Browse the templates gallery
- View billing information and order history
Creating and promoting an event
With PosterMyWall Events, you can create a shareable event page, collect RSVPs, and promote your event everywhere, right from your phone.
- Start a new event. Go to the Events tab and tap Create. You can also turn any design into an event by tapping Create event webpage from your design.
- Add your event details. Enter the event name, date, time, location, and anything your attendees need to know.
- Choose your design. Pick an event template or use one of your existing designs. PosterMyWall automatically fills in your event details to save you time.
- Set up your options. Turn on RSVPs, set the event as recurring if it repeats, add it to your event calendar with one toggle, and invite co-promoters to help spread the word.
- Publish your event page. Tap Publish. Your event page goes live instantly and is optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Promote your event. Share your event page link on social media, send it in an email campaign, embed it on your website, or create matching flyers and posts for print.
- Track and manage. See who’s coming, send reminders and updates to attendees, and manage everything from the Events tab.

1. Add elements with the ‘plus’ icon
At the bottom left of the editor, you’ll find a plus icon. Tapping it opens up a world of possibilities for your design.
- Upload media from your phone or choose from collections
- Browse a stock library full of images and stickers, or use the AI generator to turn ideas into visuals.
- Record photos, videos, or audio directly from the editor
- Add layouts like event schedules, menus, tables, or tear-off tabs.
- Include QR codes for easy sharing
2. Resize for any platform
The resize option in the bottom contextual bar (next to the add icon), helps you adjust your design for different platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn. You can also create custom sizes if needed.
3. Easy navigation with undo and redo
If you make a mistake or change your mind, you can use the undo and redo buttons (marked by arrows in the top menu bar) to easily navigate through your design changes.
4. Saving and exporting your work
Once you're happy with your design, head to the top menu bar. Here, you can save or download your work. Additional options include:
- Collaborating with team members for joint editing
- Duplicating your design
- Accessing settings for more customization
The arrow in the top right corner lets you export your design directly to social media platforms, digital signage screens, or as a web page.
